1.Service overview

MurderBot is an independent third-party service providing automated monitoring, alerts, player information, and other features related to Kingdoms of Heckfire.

MurderBot is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by the game's developers or publishers.

We reserve the right to introduce, modify, improve, or discontinue features when necessary for technical, security, or operational reasons, subject to applicable legal obligations.

2.Subscriptions & payments

• All subscription prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be completed before access to paid services is granted.
• Access remains valid for the purchased subscription period, provided these Terms are followed.
• Recurring subscriptions automatically renew only when this has been disclosed and agreed to during purchase.
• Customers are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next renewal date.
• Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the remaining subscription period.
• Subscription prices may change. Any price changes affecting existing recurring subscriptions will be communicated as required before taking effect.
• MurderBot reserves the right to refuse new purchases or renewals where there is a legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or service-related reason.

2.1Ally protection (/protection)

• Each paid license includes the ability to place up to two (2) players under protection. Protection is not available during free trials.
• A protected player is locked in once set and cannot be removed or swapped by the customer. Changes are made only by the MurderBot Team, on request through the official Discord support ticket system, and are granted at the Team's discretion.
• Protection is tied to the license that set it. If that license expires and is not renewed within the grace period, every protection it holds is lifted automatically and the customer is notified in their channels.
• Protection limits how certain information is displayed to other MurderBot users. It does not alter the game itself, and the MurderBot Team does not guarantee that protected information cannot be obtained through other means.
• The MurderBot Team may release a protection where required to investigate abuse, to comply with these Terms, or for other legitimate service reasons.

3.Strict no-refund policy

Refunds will only be considered when a clear and verifiable error directly attributable to the MurderBot Team has caused a problem with the purchased service, or when required by applicable law.

3.1Eligible refund circumstances

Examples include:

• Incorrect charges caused by MurderBot's billing system.
• Purchased access not being delivered due to a confirmed error on our side.
• A verified technical defect caused by MurderBot that substantially prevents the purchased service from operating as agreed and cannot be appropriately resolved.

3.2Non-refundable circumstances

Discretionary refunds will not be provided for:

• Changing your mind after purchasing.
• Purchasing the wrong subscription or package.
• Forgetting to cancel a recurring subscription.
• No longer wanting or needing the service.
• Unused subscription time.
• Misunderstanding clearly described features or subscription conditions.
• Customer-side configuration errors.
• Temporary interruptions that do not constitute a failure to provide the purchased service.
• Problems caused entirely by third-party platforms where MurderBot has fulfilled its own obligations.
• Account suspensions or permanent bans resulting from confirmed violations of these Terms.

3.3Refund investigations

All refund requests must be submitted through the official MurderBot Discord support ticket system.

The MurderBot Team may investigate the reported issue, examine relevant system records, and determine whether an error attributable to MurderBot occurred.

Where a discretionary refund is justified, the amount will be determined based on the affected transaction and circumstances.

4.Service availability & downtime

MurderBot operates through automated systems, servers, external infrastructure, and third-party platforms.

While we strive to provide reliable service, 100% uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Server or infrastructure failures.
• Game updates or changes.
• Discord outages or restrictions.
• Network or hosting provider problems.
• Unexpected bugs or technical difficulties.
• Security incidents or necessary protective measures.

The MurderBot Team will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve service issues within our control.

Temporary interruptions do not automatically qualify for discretionary refunds or compensation.

Extended or significant service failures attributable to MurderBot will be assessed under our refund policy and applicable legal obligations.

5.Alert accuracy & game information

MurderBot processes available game information to generate automated alerts, notifications, and other outputs.

Although we continuously work to improve accuracy and performance, MurderBot cannot guarantee:

• Every alert will be delivered successfully.
• Notifications will always arrive immediately.
• All player information will always be current.
• Every coordinate or game event will be completely accurate.
• Every shield expiration, attack, or other event will be detected.
• Uninterrupted monitoring during external platform changes or outages.

MurderBot is an assistance tool and does not guarantee protection against attacks, resource losses, missed events, or other in-game outcomes.

Users remain responsible for their own gameplay decisions.

6.Acceptable use, security & anti-abuse policy

MurderBot uses automated security and abuse-prevention systems to protect its infrastructure, databases, customers, and services.

Any attempt to misuse, exploit, interfere with, or extract protected information from MurderBot is strictly prohibited.

6.1Data theft & unauthorized extraction

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Attempting to steal, scrape, harvest, systematically collect, or extract information from MurderBot without authorization.
• Using MurderBot's data, outputs, responses, or protected information to develop, populate, operate, train, or improve another bot or competing service without explicit permission.
• Redistributing or reselling protected MurderBot information without authorization.
• Attempting to access private databases, internal systems, restricted endpoints, or protected infrastructure.
• Using automated tools to systematically copy MurderBot information.
• Circumventing technical restrictions designed to protect our data and services.

Information made available through a subscription is provided for the customer's authorized use and does not grant ownership of MurderBot's proprietary systems or databases.

6.2Excessive command usage

Customers must not:

• Execute commands at abnormally high frequencies.
• Repeatedly call commands in rapid succession in ways that trigger security protections.
• Generate excessive requests that may affect service stability.
• Use scripts or automation to bypass normal usage limitations.
• Intentionally overload MurderBot's systems or infrastructure.
• Attempt to circumvent request limits, cooldowns, or other protective measures.

6.3Self-bots & unauthorized automation

The use of self-bots, automated Discord user accounts, scripts, or other unauthorized automation to execute MurderBot commands is prohibited.

Rapid automated requests may be interpreted as a potential attack against MurderBot, even when the user does not intend to cause damage.

Such activity can result in automatic license interruption and further security investigation.

6.4Automatic security enforcement

MurderBot uses automated protection systems designed to detect suspicious and potentially harmful activity.

Following a security trigger:

1. The license may be automatically suspended or restricted.
2. Access to MurderBot may be temporarily disabled.
3. The MurderBot Team may review the detected activity and relevant technical records.
4. Based on the investigation, the team may restore access, maintain restrictions, or permanently revoke the license and ban the responsible account.

Repeated violations or confirmed attempts to steal information, bypass protections, or abuse the service may result in a permanent ban.

6.5Security system integrity

Our security protections exist for a reason: to protect MurderBot and its customers.

These systems are designed to identify unusual or abusive activity and are not expected to activate during ordinary, legitimate use.

However, automated detection systems are not infallible, and a security trigger does not automatically prove intentional misconduct.

The MurderBot Team reserves the right to review flagged activity and determine the appropriate outcome based on available evidence, severity, and previous violations.

For security reasons, we are not required to publicly disclose internal detection thresholds, algorithms, or protective mechanisms.

Customers who believe their license was incorrectly suspended may request a review through our official Discord support ticket system.

7.Private installations & hosting

MurderBot may offer private installations or hosting arrangements, including operation on customer-managed infrastructure where supported.

• A $20 one-time installation fee applies where specified in the selected offer.
• Additional subscription or hosting fees may apply depending on the selected service.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining any required server access, permissions, and configuration under their control.
• Customers must not modify, copy, redistribute, or provide unauthorized access to MurderBot's proprietary components.
• Installation and hosting must comply with these Terms.
• Private installations remain subject to MurderBot's security and licensing requirements unless otherwise agreed.

Installation fees are non-refundable after successful completion, except in cases involving a verified error attributable to MurderBot or where a remedy is legally required.

8.Third-party services & dependencies

MurderBot relies on external platforms, including Discord and services associated with Kingdoms of Heckfire.

Changes made by third parties may affect MurderBot's functionality or availability. These may include:

• Game updates or restrictions.
• Discord API changes.
• Changes to external services.
• Third-party outages.
• Hosting or network disruptions.

The MurderBot Team does not control these external platforms and cannot guarantee that their services will remain unchanged.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality we have agreed to provide.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable third-party platform rules.

9.License suspension, revocation & permanent bans

Access to MurderBot is conditional upon compliance with these Terms of Service.

The MurderBot Team may temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke access for legitimate reasons, including:

• Attempted data theft or unauthorized information extraction.
• Using MurderBot information to feed, develop, train, or operate another bot without authorization.
• Excessive command usage or abusive request patterns.
• Unauthorized self-bots or automated command execution.
• Attempts to bypass security protections or rate limits.
• Activities reasonably identified as threats to MurderBot's systems.
• Fraudulent payments or unauthorized transactions.
• Subscription sharing or redistribution without permission.
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms.

9.1Automatic suspensions

Security-related suspensions may occur immediately and without prior notice when automated protections are triggered.

Such interruptions are preventive measures and do not automatically establish intentional misconduct.

9.2Investigation & final decision

Following an investigation, the MurderBot Team may:

• Restore the license and remove restrictions.
• Maintain temporary restrictions while an issue is resolved.
• Issue a warning.
• Permanently revoke the license and ban the responsible account.

Decisions will take into account the seriousness of the activity, available evidence, and relevant circumstances.

9.3Refunds following bans

Confirmed customer misconduct resulting in suspension or permanent termination does not qualify for a discretionary refund.

This does not remove any mandatory legal rights or remedies.

9.4Appeals

Customers who believe they were incorrectly suspended or banned may request a review through an official MurderBot Discord support ticket.

Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

10.Service modifications & updates

MurderBot is continuously maintained, developed, and improved. We may:

• Introduce new features.
• Modify existing features.
• Update infrastructure.
• Implement additional security protections.
• Change technical requirements.
• Discontinue unsupported functionality when necessary.

Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated appropriately, and mandatory customer rights will be respected.

11.Limitation of liability

MurderBot is provided as a game-related assistance service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the MurderBot Team is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These may include:

• Lost in-game resources.
• Missed attacks or events.
• Shield expirations.
• In-game damage or defeat.
• Delayed notifications.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Gameplay decisions based on automated information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory remedies for failure to provide the contracted service.

12.Privacy & data handling

MurderBot may process information necessary to operate its services, including:

• Discord user and server identifiers.
• Subscription and license information.
• Technical usage records.
• Command activity and security-related logs.
• Game-related information necessary for requested features.
• Verification information submitted by customers.

Such information may be used for legitimate service operations, security, troubleshooting, subscription management, and abuse prevention.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and any published MurderBot Privacy Policy.

13.Changes to these Terms

The MurderBot Team may update these Terms when necessary for legitimate technical, operational, security, business, or legal reasons.

Material changes will be announced through official MurderBot communication channels as appropriate.

Where legally permitted, continued use after a valid update takes effect may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Changes requiring explicit consent will not take effect without that consent.

14.Support, disputes & contact

All support requests must be submitted through the official MurderBot Discord support ticket system. This includes:

• Technical problems.
• Subscription and billing issues.
• Refund requests.
• Security-related suspensions.
• License appeals.
• Questions concerning these Terms.

Customers should provide enough information for the MurderBot Team to investigate their requests.

We aim to resolve disputes fairly and reasonably.

Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from exercising mandatory legal rights or using legally available dispute-resolution procedures.

15.Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or continuing to use MurderBot, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Violations may lead to temporary restrictions, automatic license interruptions, or permanent termination of access as described above.
